Like most things, after years of use, swimming pool surfaces start to crack, chip, wear and even leak. If you ignore the expected wear and tear that occurs with all pools over time, a minor problem can soon develop into a major one. We'll come in and assess the condition of your swimming pool, then give you an honest idea of what needs to be done. Using pebble or plaster, we can resurface the entire pool, or just repair damaged areas, if that is all that is necessary. Whatever the case, you can be assured that we'll restore your swimming pool back to a like-new condition within a budget that you can afford.
The tile in and around your pool and even the entire deck surrounding the pool are all susceptible to damage and wear because of exposure to water and the elements. Cracks and chips occur over time and damaged concrete or tile should be repaired or completely replaced to prevent water from seeping into places where it shouldn't be. Whether it's a complete tile and deck replacement job, or just a deck resurfacing that is required, we will use or decades of experience to complete the work to your satisfaction in a timely manner.
Pool coping is the material above the tile line that generally covers the top of the pool area out to a distance of about 12" from the pool edge. Pool mastic is the expansion joint caulking around the perimeter of the pool. If the coping is cracked or otherwise damaged, or the expansion joint caulking has failed, water can seep into the surrounding concrete deck or even behind the pool walls. If that occurs over an extend period, major repairs are inevitable. We'll check and replace or repair the entire area around your pool to ensure a perfect seal that keeps water where it's supposed to be ... in the pool.
Your swimming pool's lighting and plumbing systems are important components to consider when assessing the condition of your pool area. We will check these components to ensure that they operate correctly and efficiently. We'll check the plumbing suction and return pipes, valves and pumps to verify that water is moving in and out of your pool properly. We'll also check the lighting system in your pool to look for bad gaskets that allow water to leak into light fixtures, and we'll check the fixtures themselves for corrosion from pool chemicals.
